Privacy Policy

1. The Client’s identity, relationship, and content of the sessions are strictly confidential except in a situation where such confidentiality would violate the law such as harm to self or others and signs of child, elder, or any form of abuse. If such behavior is spoken of, the Coach is required to report it to the authorities.

2. The Coach will maintain, store, and dispose of any electronic or written records created throughout the coaching relationship in a manner that protects and respects the Client’s confidentiality, privacy, and security.

3. The Coach will obtain written or electronically documented permission from the Client before using their name in testimonials or references. The Client may choose to remain anonymous in testimonials upon request.

4. The Coach will obtain written or electronically documented permission to share, post, or utilize the Client’s artwork in a photo release form for a testimonial or social media gallery. The Client may choose to remain anonymous upon request.
