The Client’s identity, relationship, and content of the sessions are strictly confidential except in a situation where such confidentiality would violate the law such as harm to self or others and signs of child, elder, or any form of abuse. If such behavior is spoken of, the Coach is required to report it to the authorities.

2. The Coach will maintain, store, and dispose of any electronic or written records created throughout the coaching relationship in a manner that protects and respects the Client’s confidentiality, privacy, and security.

3. The Coach will obtain written or electronically documented permission from the Client before using their name in testimonials or references. The Client may choose to remain anonymous in testimonials upon request.

4. The Coach will obtain written or electronically documented permission to share, post, or utilize the Client’s artwork in a photo release form for a testimonial or social media gallery. The Client may choose to remain anonymous upon request.

5. We collect information you share with us, such as your name, email, and details provided through forms or bookings, as well as basic website usage data through cookies and analytics. This information is used only to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, process payments securely, improve your experience, and—if you choose—to send you updates or newsletters. We never sell your information and only share it with trusted service providers who help us run our website and services.
